金纹细蛾幼虫龄期的鉴别 被引量:10

摘要 通过对金纹细蛾幼虫脱皮和头壳宽度的测量,测得幼虫龄期为5龄。1~5龄幼虫头壳宽(mm)分别为:0.17496±0.0096,0.237368±0.0057,0.28161±0.0026,0.312613±0.0029,0.377817±0.01;同时测量虫斑面积的大小,分析虫斑大小与龄期关系,1~5龄虫斑面积(mm2)范围分别是:0~9.42,11.775~54.95,42.39~119.32,51.025~146.8,51.025~149.15;且观察发现幼虫3龄前随着龄期的增长,虫斑在不断扩大,3龄后虫斑面积基本固定。因此,从虫斑外观特征上基本可以在田间鉴定金纹细蛾幼虫龄期。 By measuring the areas of the peculiar cavities' and the width of the head capsules of the apple leaf miner larvae, 5 instars could be identified. The average width (mm) of the head capsules from instars 1 to 5 were :0.17496±0.0096,0.237368±0.0057,0.28161±0.0026,0.312613±0.0029 and 0.377817±0.01. The range of the areas (mm2) from 1 to 5 were not more than 0~9.42,11.775~54.95,42.39~119.32,51.025~146.8,51.and 025~149.15 And it is observed that the areas grew with the increase of the instars before the 3rd instars. After the 3rd instars the areas unchanged basically. But the larval instars could be identified from the peculiar cavities' surface character.
