胰岛素样生长因子与眼科疾病的研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 胰岛素样生长因子(IGF)是一种结构上与胰岛素相似的多肽,作为一种分子信号,在维持和控制细胞生长、增殖、分化、成熟和再生等方面具有重要作用。近年来,它在眼科疾病中的作用受到广泛关注。本文对IGF系统的组成,生物学功能及其表达调节做一介绍,并对近年来国内外关于IGF系统在眼部的表达以及它在眼科疾病中的作用作一综述。
