摘要
为使磷化实现清洁生产,开发了一种用于钢铁表面涂装前处理的清洁型常温锌锰系磷化液,实现了磷化液的所有分子均能参加成膜反应,且产物为磷化膜、水、沉渣或在磷化膜干燥过程中挥发物的设计思想.该磷化液不含亚硝酸盐、重金属,在3-35℃下快速磷化可生成膜重约1.1 g/m^2,耐CuSO4溶液腐蚀时间达72-145 s的彩色磷化膜.磷化前免表面调整,磷化后免水洗.
A cleaning Zn - Mn system phosphating solution used in surface pretreatment of iron and steel at morn temperature was developed in order to pedorm cleaning phosphating production at room temperature. The design idea that all the molecules or ions involved in the phosphating solution could react with each other forming phosphating film, water, sediments or substances volatilized in the process of coating dryness was pedormed, The phosphating solution contains no nitrite and heavy metals. A colored film weighted 1.1 g/m^2 formed through quickly phosphating at 3 - 35 ℃, which could resist to dropping CuSO4 solution for 72 to 135 seconds. The surface of this work doesn't need water washed aider phosphating.
