摘要
本课题探讨了创新理论和概念、创新型国家进程统计监测指标体系设计原则和监测方法以及监测指标体系框架等方面的内容,并对我国创新型国家建设进程的基本情况进行了初步分析。
This paper discusses innovation theory, innovation concept, principle on the design of statistical index system of the process of innovative country and analyses the process of innovative country in China.
