环天山地带是新疆重要的资源富集区域,资源特色明显,丰富的水土光热资源,形成了独具特色的生物资源;人文资源、旅游资源的特色明显;矿产资源具有全局性的战略意义。得天独厚的资源优势使得该地带具有广阔的市场开发前景。资源的开发利用要与市场需求紧密结合,提高资源深加工和综合利用的水平。
The Tianshan-circum region is abundant in resources in Xinjiang, such as water, land, sunlight and heat energy, forming the special biological resources, the cultural resources, the tourism resources and the mineral resources. These resources enable this region to have the broad development market. This paper suggests that the development and market shall be tied closely so as to enhance the intensive processing and the comprehensive utilization level.
