摘要
介绍了人口老龄化的标准与健康老龄化的观点、社区护理的定义及模式,阐述了我国人口老龄化的现状、社区护理的现状、社区护理教育的现状,分析了我国社区护理人员存在的问题并提出相应的对策。
It introduced the standard of aging of population and the view of health aging. It introduced the definition and modes of community care. And it expatiated the status quo of aging of population, community care, and community care education in China. And it analyzed problems existed in nursing staffs of community care. It put forward some corresponding strategies as well.
