摘要
为了探讨孕产妇与弓形虫感染之间的关系，我们于1996年3～8月收集347份孕产妇血清，210份健康人血清分别做间接血凝试验（IHA），结果孕产妇阳性率5.5％，健康妇女人群阳性率1．4％，在IHA呈阳性的19份血清中，有2名孕妇分娩的婴儿显先天性畸形，一名为六指（趾）畸形，另一名为兔唇和腭裂。
