摘要
近年来,在高校排球专项学生发生运动损伤的现象较多,影响了学生在训练和比赛中的竞技水平、正常的教学秩序以及学生的正常生活。通过对排球教学中运动损伤的调查分析,探讨运动损伤的发生规律及防治对策,为今后更好地安排排球的教学与训练提供有益参考。
In recent years, more accident of sport injury occurs on students majoring in volleyball. It influences their training and competition, normal teaching order and daily life. Through making analysis on sport injury in volleyball teaching, this paper discusses the rules of occurrence of sport injury and measu.rement in order to provide the benefit reference for volleyball teaching and training.
