摘要
为了实现强化燃烧和清洁燃烧,各国竞相开发新的燃煤技术。70年代末以后,美国TRW公司和我国南京工学院分别研制成功了高效液排渣煤粉旋风燃烧器。这种燃烧器用高氧助燃、高温预热,完全是为了适应磁流体发电(MHD)的需要。为了适应工业炉窑燃煤的需要,我们研制成功了一种用普通空气助燃的、高燃烧效率(>99%)
The structure of flow field in a new cyclone burner has been studied. For the axial velocity distribution, 5 diffierent zones can be found. The annular circulating zone is of great significance to the flow pattern of the cyclone burner. Increasing the primary air ratio and providing the second air downstream may lead to decrease of annular circulation of axial gas flow. The central circulating zone in the new burner will be small and short or will be none. The tangential velocity distribution was discussed as well.
