摘要 针对织物模拟效果很大程度上取决于纱线真实感模拟效果的问题,在泊松方程的基础上,提出了一种提取真实纱线边缘轮廓的算法以提高纱线模拟的真实感效果.将纱线的数码采集位图用手工划分为前景、后景和不确定区域3个部分.采用五点公式法和Gauss-Seidel迭代法来计算不确定区域中像素点的不透明系数α,根据α的值判断该像素点属于前景还是后景,不断循环计算逐步缩小不确定区域,达到循环中止条件后可以得到细致的纱线边缘曲线.以大肚纱和牙刷纱为例,提取的边缘曲线细腻,具有毛羽感,得到了比较理想的实验提取效果. Considering that the simulation effect of fabrics mostly depends on the one of yarns, a method based on Poisson's equation was proposed to extract the edge outlining of yarns in order to improve the three dimensional simulation effect of yarns. The bitmap of a yarn was divided into three areas, foreground, background and unsure area. The five-point formula and Gauss-Seidel iteration method were applied to calculate a, the opaque coefficient of the pixels in the unsure area. According to each pixel's value of a, whether the pixel belongs to the foreground or the background was judged. Through repeated calculation, the unsure area was reduced gradually and the exact outline of the yarn was finally obtained. Taking the big-belly yarn and toothbrush yarn for example, the edge curves were exquisite, and good outlining effects were obtained.
