肺炎克雷伯菌质粒介导AmpC酶的研究进展

摘要
肺炎克雷伯菌是医院获得性感染最常见的致病菌之一。近年来,在肺炎克雷伯菌中发现了质粒介导的AmpC酶,给临床抗感染治疗带来了更多困难。该文主要针对肺炎克雷伯菌质粒介导AmpC酶的种类、耐药表型、分子生物特性以及实验室检测方法等研究进展进行综述。
