Experimental research on extracting gold and silver from gold concentrate containing arsenic with roasting-cyanidation procedure

摘要 研究了含砷金精矿焙烧—氰化浸取金、银的新工艺方法。该方法是在含砷金精矿焙烧时加入一定量的硫酸钠,可大幅度提高金、银的氰化浸出率。试验结果表明:对于砷质量分数为0.45%的金精矿,在焙烧时加入矿样量4%~5%的硫酸钠,可使金、银的氰化浸出率分别达到95%和60%以上,比原工艺方法分别提高5.0%和40%以上。 A new method for extracting gold and silver from gold concentrate containing arsenic with roasting-cyanidation procedure was put forward. The extraction rate of gold :and silver could be raised greatly by adding some sodium sulfate when the gold concentrate was roasted. In the experiments, the mass fraction of arsenic was 0.45 %, and about 4% ~ 5% sodium sulfate was added. As'a result, the extraction rate of gold and silver was respectively 95% and 60%, 5.0% and 40% higher than the former ones.
