摘要
本文采用超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)作为PP的改性剂,讨论了不同比例、不同混炼、成型方式和不同型号PP对合金性能的影响。结果表明,UHMWPE对PP具有显著的增强、增韧效果,尤其对含有乙烯键节的共聚型PP更为突出,其冲击强度、断裂伸长率在配比为100/25时达到57.6kJ/m2和559.3%,分别比树脂提高一倍多和接近两倍;拉伸强度在配比为100/10时出现一峰值42.4MPa,比PP纯料提高约15Mpa;亚微态研究进一步证实双辊开炼机对UHMWPE/PP的混炼效果优于单螺杆挤出机。流变实验发现剪切速率为103s(-1),升温可较好地改善配比为100/10的合金的加工流动性。
Studies of mechanical properties and blending methods were carried out for UHMWPE and PP blends. Notched impact strength and rupture elongation increased with increasing of UHMWPE and reached 57.6kJ/m2 and 559.3% respectively which increased about one time more and two times than pure PP at the ratio of 100/25. Tensile strength of compound also increased with the content of UHMWPE and reached the peak of 42.4MPa which was about 15MPa more than pure PP at the ratio of 100/10 for PP/UHMWPE. The mechanical properties of samples prepared by double-roll mixer were much higher than those hy singlescrew extruder. In addition, rheological experiment showed that the fluidity of the blends were better improved with the increasing of temperature range from 180℃ to 220℃ at the shear rate of 103s(-1).
