摘要
详细分析了极软煤层煤壁片帮与防治机理,提出了减缓煤壁压力和提高煤体抗剪强度是防治极软煤层煤壁片帮的主要技术途径.研究表明:放顶煤开采、提高支架工作阻力可以减缓煤壁压力,煤体合理注水可以提高煤体黏聚力与抗剪强度,它们是防治极软煤层煤壁片帮的有效措施.加快工作面推进度、适当降低采高也有利于防治煤壁片帮.
Studied the mechanism of the rib spalling and controlling in detail, and proposed that main engineering way of controlling the rib spalling was to decrease coal wall pressure and increase the shear strength of the coal wall. The following research results are obtained : the top coal caving technique and increasing the resistance of the support can reduce the pressure on the coal wall. The cohesion and shear strength of the coal wall may be increased by means of the coal wall water infusion. They are effective engineering ways to prevent the rib spalling. The quick- ly coal wall advance and proper low wall height are also advantageous to the wall stability.
