摘要
首次利用吸附态模板剂在Na2O-SiO2-B2O3-DEA(乙二胺)干粉体系中合成了杂原子B-ZSM35-沸石,并采用XRD、SEM、IR及CO加氢反应研究了其物理化学特性。结果表明,B原子同晶取代Al原子进入了ZSM-35沸石骨架;与水热体系合成的同种沸石相比,干粉体系合成的B-ZSM-35沸石晶胞体积出现明显收缩,从而在CO加氢直接合成低碳烯烃反应中对C=2~C=4烯烃表现出更好的选择性。
Heteroatomic B ZSM 35 zeolite was synthesized from adry poder ystemofNa 2 O SiO 2 B 2 O 3 EDA(ethylenediamine)with an adsorbed state template and wascharacterizedby means of XRD,SEM and IR It was shown that Batoms have substitutedtheAl atoms in the framework and thus led to ashrinkage in unit cell volume Comparingwithhydrothermal method,the dry powder synthesis has added further shrinkage to the B ZSM 35 sample The sample also exhibited an elevated selectivity for C = 2C = 4 olefins in COhydrogenation
