摘要
汽轮机轴封系统漏汽对机组热经济性和安全性有很大影响,根据200MW机组的汽轮机热平衡数据,运用等效热降法分析了轴封、门杆漏汽及其利用系统对机组热经济性产生的影响,结果表明:高压轴封漏汽对经济性影响较中压轴封漏汽对经济性影响大,高压阀杆漏汽对经济性影响远大于中压阀杆漏汽对经济性影响;设计工况下轴封、门杆系统漏汽对经济性影响比其它工况小。此项工作对合理地布置轴封系统,指导轴封系统的正确运行有重要意义。
Shaft gland system leakage steam of steam turbine can cause biggish influence on unit economic. This paper took a 200MW model unit as an example, equivalent enthalpy drop was adopted for analyzing shaft gland ,gateway leakage steam and it' s utilizing system effect on unit' s economic. The results states : high pressure shaft gland leakage steam have larger influence on economic than middle pressure' s. High pressure gateway leakage steam have larger influence on economic than middle pressure's. Shaft gland and gateway leakage steam has less influence on economic than other's in design condition. The work is identified as being critical significance to install gland system reasonably and direct gland system operation correctly.
