摘要 高血压病患者出现左室舒张功能障碍常常早于收缩功能障碍,如何更好地评价左室舒张功能,对于防止高血压病进展具有重要意义。二尖瓣、肺静脉血流频谱等方法是经典常用的方法,但均存在不足,近年来,随着科学技术的不断发展,新的测量方法不断出现,多谱勒组织显像、声学定量、彩色室壁运动等新技术的出现为评价左室舒张功能提供更多的新方法,提供了更多、更有益的信息。 Left ventrical diastolic dysfunction of patients with hypertention is often earlier than its systolic dysfunction,so how to evaluate the left ventrical diastolic dysfunction better has great significance in preventing the development of hypertention.The frequency spectrum of mitral valve blood flow and pulmonary veins blood flow is classical and common methods,but there are many degocts of them. In recent years, with the development of science technology, many new technique is emerging one by one,among which Doppler tissue imagine, Acustlc Quantificatio and Color Kinesi will offer more new methods and more useful information in valuing left ventricular diastolic function.
