摘要
分析了我国研究型大学图书馆学科馆员制度建立的必要性,论述了学科馆员制度的现状,提出了完善学科馆员制度的建议。
This paper analyzes on the necessity of establishing the subject librarian system in Chinese research-type university library, expounds the present situation of the subject librarian system, and advances some suggestions on perfecting the subject librarian system.
