摘要
在不同条件下对石榴皮抑菌成分提取进行了研究,结果表明,提取时间、提取温度和提取料液比对石榴皮提取液的抑菌效力都有显著的影响。经正交试验得出石榴皮提取的最佳条件是提取温度95℃,提取时间8h,提取料液比1∶4(g/mL)。
Under different technical conditions the experiments were carried out for abstracting from the skin of pomegranate. The results showed that the conditions (such as temperature, the time and the scale) affected the yield of extract pomegranate. By orthogonal design test the optimum terms are: the temperature 95 ℃,the time 8h ,the scale of pomegranate and H20 1:4 (g/mL).
