腐蚀管道剩余强度的确定及改造措施 被引量:7

摘要 介绍了管道剩余强度评价方法的发展概况,及管道剩余强度评价时所用主要参数的确定方法。以秦皇岛—北京输油管道(1975年6月建成投产)改造工程为例,检测分析了其中一段管道的腐蚀情况,通过实际计算,确定了该管段的剩余强度,并根据其剩余强度提出了具体的改造措施。对我国现有在役长输油气老化管道的改造有一定的帮助。 This article introduces the general development of evaluation methods of pipeline residual strength and also presents methods of determining main parameters for evaluation of residual strength.It also takes rebuild project of Qinhuangdao-Beijing oil transmission pipeline,which was completed and put into use in June 1975,as example, and analyzes corrosion status of one of partial pipeline,as well as determines residual strength of this partial pipeline through actual calculation.And propose specific rebuild measures based on its residual strength.This will be helpful to rebuild of China existing long-distance,old oil & gas transmission pipeline under service.
