摘要
针对低品位钒钛磁铁矿选铁尾矿含钛低、含橄榄石和钛普通辉石高、矿石工艺性质复杂难选的特点,开展了综合回收钛的试验研究。研究结果表明:采用强磁预选-浮选工艺,可以获得含TiO248.01%、回收率36.40%(对选铁尾矿)的较高质量的钛精矿产品。
The iron railings of low grade vanadium titano - magnetite were characterized by low content of titanium, high content of olivine and titanaugite and the ore was difficult to be beneficiated due to complex process property. For this mason, an experimental research on comprehensive recovering titanium was carried out. The research results showed that the high quality titanium concentrate product containing 48.01% TiO2 and recovery 36.40% (for iron tailings) was achieved as the preconcentration of high intensity magnetic separation-flotation process was adopted. It not only effectively could use this resource, but also greatly increase economic benefits of development and utilization of this resource.
