摘要
为选择具有免疫增强活性的中药多糖及其最佳作用剂量,用淋巴细胞转化试验测定了不同浓度的紫锥菊多糖(EPPS)、板蓝根多糖(IRPS)、黄芪多糖(APS)、山药多糖(CYPS)和牛膝多糖(ABPS)等5种中药多糖对体外培养猪脾脏淋巴细胞增殖功能的影响.结果表明,EPPS,IRPS,APS,CYPS,ABPS均能显著地直接或协同LPS,ConA诱导的猪脾脏淋巴细胞增殖(P<0.05);5种多糖促进猪脾脏淋巴细胞增殖的作用与多糖浓度密切相关,且不同多糖促进淋巴细胞增殖的最佳剂量不同.
In order to select Chinese herbal medicinal polysaccharide (CHMP) with immunocompetence and optimal concentration five CHMPs including Echinacea Purpurea Polysaccharide (EPPS) , Isatis Root Polysaccharide ( IRPS), Astragalus Polysaccharide (APS) , Chinese Yam Polysaccharide (CYPS) and Achyranthes Bidentata Polysaccharide (ABPS) were chosen for the experiment to study their effects on proliferation function of swine splenic lymphocytes by the lymphocytic transformation test. The results showed that EPPS, IRPS, APS, CYPS and ABPS could promote proliferation of swine splenic lymphocytes significantly(P 〈 0.05 ), directly or induced by ConA, LPS; the function promoting swine splenic lymphocytic proliferation was closely related to concentration of polysaccharides, and the optimal concentration was different.
