摘要
介绍了黄河上游梯级水电站的运行情况，论述了黄河上游工农业用水、宁夏和内蒙河段的防凌要求以及、灌溉期间。灌墨取水等缔令利用的需求，分析了原有梯级水库的运行方式，提出了满足综合利用对水库下泄要求的黄河上游梯级水库短期运行的方式、方法。
The operation situation of upper stream cascade hydropower station in Yellow River is introduced. The demand of comprehensive utilization such as industrial and agriculture water use, ice prevention requirements on Ningxia and Inner Mongolia section and the irrigation water during the irrigation period are discussed. The formal operation mode of the cascade reservoir is analyzed and the short-term operation mode and method for the upper stream cascade reservoir in Yellow River meeting the requirements of comprehensive utilization is put forward.
