摘要
目的:建立流动注射分光光度法在线测定饮用水中阴离子合成洗涤剂含量的方法。方法:采用美国LACHATQC8500型全自动流动注射分析仪,在最佳的测试条件下,对水样中阴离子合成洗涤剂进行方法学试验。结果:在0.01~0.4 mg/L范围内,该方法可以获得较好的线性方程,相关系数达到0.9999;方法最低检出限为0.01 mg/L,和经典的方法比较可以提高灵敏度5倍;方法的回收率为100%~107%,精密度RSD为1.0%~3.0%。结论:利用流动注射仪进行水样中阴离子合成洗涤剂检测,可以实现全程自动化,其中自动化封闭式萃取可以降低氯仿对分析工作者的职业危害。此方法重现性好,准确度高,适用于检测水中阴离子合成洗涤剂的含量。
Objective :To establish a method for the examination of ABS in drinking water by flow injection analysis (FIA). Methods:The ABS in drinking water was detected on - line by LACHAT QC8500 FIA. Results:A linear rang of ABS was 0. 01 - 0. 4 mg/L (r:0. 9999). The method detection limit of ABS was 0. 01 mg/L. The relative standard deviation and recovery of ABS were 1.0%-3.0% and 100%-107%, respectively. Conclusion:The method is safe, sensitive, rapid and suitable for determination of ABS in drinking water.
