摘要
目的:建议调整工作场所空气中甲醛的酚试剂分光光度测定法(GBZ/T160.54-2004.6)。方法:通过与公共场所空气中甲醛的酚试剂分光光度测定法(GB/T18204.26-2000第一法)比较,并进行酚试剂用量、生成嗪反应时间、温度对显色反应影响等相关试验。结果:两法的线性范围、曲线斜率、氧化剂用量一致,反应温度差异、溶液酸度及酚试剂用量分别呈7与8倍关系。调整GBZ/T160.54-2004.6法的酚试剂用量及反应时间,并在室温下显色,曲线斜率无差异。结论:工作场所空气中甲醛的酚试剂分光光度测定法(GBZ/T160.54-2004.6),经调整后不但节省实验成本,且操作简便,效果较好。
Objective:Advice to adjust MBTH spectreophotometry mensuration for formaldehyde in the workplace air (GBZ/ T160. 54- 2004. 6). Methods :Compare the mensuration (GBZ/T160. 54- 2004. 6) with MBTH spectreophotometry mensuration for formaldehyde in public place air (GB/T18204. 26 -2000), and experiment on MBTH dosage, reaction time of zin generation, temperature infection to color development reaction. Results: Two mensurations (GBZ/T160.54 -2004.6 and GB/ T18204. 26 -2000) have the same linear variation, curve gradient, oxidant dosage and the different reaction temperature. MBTH dosage has 8 times relation and Aqua acidity dosage has 7 times relation. Adjust MBTH dosage and reation time of GBZ/T160. 54 -2004. 6, and then color develop in room temperature, it come out has the same linear variation. Conclusion:The adjusted mensuration (GBZ/T160. 54 -2004. 6) has the advantage of economical efficiency, easy to operate and well effect.
