摘要
文章针对土地资源管理专业实践教学中存在的问题,介绍了开设不动产估价课程设计的设想和具体做法,重点提出了改善该课程设计的对策与建议。
Bearing in mind the existing problems in the teaching practice of land recourse management specialty, this paper especially introduces emphasizes some tentative concepts and exact methods for the course of real estate appraisal design and on suggestions and measures for the improvement of the overall proposal of this course.
