介绍一种激活淋巴细胞cDNA单链库构建方法 ,此库具有良好的模板活性 .
ThefirststrandcDNAliberaryrichin cytokinecDNAshasbeenpreparedfrommRNA derivedfromseveralgroupsofactivatedlympho cytebyreversetranscription .SeveralChinese derivedcytokinecDNAswereclonedsuccessfully byPCR .Itissuggestedthatthefirststrand cDNAliberarycouldprovideagoodtempletfor PCRamplification .
