摘要
针对某型汽车在用户使用较短的时间内变速箱出现裂纹的问题,进行了试验振动分析。提出并实现了整车联结状态下的试验振动测试与模态分析,以及汽车运转状态的振动试验分析,得到了变速箱的固有频率和纵向振动模态。找出了在常用典型档位和转速情况下不平衡量对变速箱振动幅值的影响、不同减振器刚度对变速箱振动的影响,并进行了在复杂路况下对变速箱的动强度测试与分析,由此确定了变速箱的薄弱部位并找出了变速箱破裂的各种影响因素。
The gearbox of a kind of automobile is tested and analyzed for the crack appears on the automobiles gearbox in the short using time. The testing vibration analysis and modal analysis of gearbox is put forward when the whole auto is in coupling state. The testing vibration analysis of gearbox is put forward when the auto is in running state. The natural frequency and vibration modal of gearbox is obtained. The imbalance influence to vibration amplitude of gearbox at in common used class and in common used rotate speed is measured and analyzed. The rigid influence of different absorber to vibration amplitude of gearbox at in common used class and in common used rotate speed is measured and analyzed. Ten the dynamic intensity of gearbox is tested and analyzed when the auto is running on the bumped road surface. By above, the weakness part of gearbox is continued and the influencing complications about gearbox break are found out.
