摘要
植酸酶(phytase)是催化植酸和植酸盐水解成肌醇和磷酸(或盐)的一类酶的总称,是一类特殊的酸性磷酸酶。饲料中添加植酸酶可改良磷酸盐的生物利用度,减少无机磷的添加,缓解我国磷资源缺乏、磷供应不足的局面;消除植酸的抗营养作用,增加钙、镁、锌、锰、铜和铁的生物利用率,促进动物对蛋白质、氨基酸及碳水化合物的消化吸收;减少磷在环境中的排泄,降低农业生态的负担,减缓水生环境的富营养化。
61 phytase-producing strains have been isolated from 6 soil samples and 1 distillers' grain sample. Among them, one has the maximum diameter ratio of its clear zone to its colony on the MSA plate. This strain was identified as Tarlaromycesflavus according to its morphological properties and the analysis of its 18S rRNA gene sequence. Its enzyme activity is 294 U/mL by liquid fermentation after incubation at 32 ℃ for 8 days. There is no report about phytase-producing Tarlaromyces flavus so far, so this discovery enriches the resources of phytase-producing strains and provides a new material for exploiting phytase.
