摘要
研究干燥剂MgClO4、K2CO3和EP对甘农3号紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa L. cv. Gannong No.3)茎叶失水率、种子产量、千粒重和发芽率的影响。研究结果表明,在3种干燥剂中,MgClO4的干燥效果最好。成熟期叶面喷施1.2%MgClO4和0.9%MgClO4后,甘农3号紫花苜蓿茎叶的失水率增大,牧草在田间的晾晒时间缩短,种子损失减少,种子产量分别为799.63 kg/hm2和742.14 kg/hm2,比对照提高72.85%和60.42%。该干燥剂对紫花苜蓿种子的饱满度和质量无负面影响。K2CO3的干燥效果较好,使牧草的失水率增大。但并未因牧草在田间的干燥时间缩短而使种子产量提高。这种干燥剂对甘农3号紫花苜蓿种子的饱满度和发芽率有不同程度的负面影响。EP对甘农3号紫花苜蓿的茎叶失水率、种子产量、千粒重均无影响,但种子发芽率有不同程度提高。
Effects of MgClO4, K2CO3 and EP on water-losing rate of stem and leaf, seed yield, thousand kernel weight, and germination rate of Medicago sativa L. were studied. The results show that MgClO4 was the best drying reagent. After foliar spraying 1.2% MgClO4 and 0.9 % MgClO4 at pod setting stage, water-losing rate of stem and leaf increased, drying time in field shortened, seed yield were 799.63 kg/hm^2 and 742.14 kg/hm^2 respectively (increased 72.85% and 60.42% compared with CK). This drying reagent had no side effect on seed quality of M. sativa. K2CO3 could increase water-losing rate of stem and leaf, hut it had negative side effects on seed quality of M. sativa. EP had no effects on water-losing rate, seed yield and TKW, hut it could elevate germination rate of seed at certain degree.
