摘要
宪法价值是宪法学理论的重要组成部分,属于宪法哲学范畴。在宪法哲学体系中,宪法价值的研究占有独特的地位。宪法价值重点研究的是"宪法应该是什么"的问题。宪法价值的基本特征表现在:理性主义与人文精神的统一;主观性与客观性的统一;共识性与多元性的统一;历史性与具体性的统一;应然性与必然性的统一;价值相对性与价值绝对性的统一。
The constitutional value, which makes up the important part of constitutional jurisprudence, belongs to the category of constitutional philosophy. In the philosophy system of constitution, the research about constitutional value holds the unique status. The constitutional value puts the question of ＂what should be constitution＂ as its key study. The basic characteristics of constitutional value are showed in the following aspects：the unity of rationalism and the humanity spirit, the unity of subjectivity and objectivity, the unity of common recognition and multiplication, the unity of historicity and materiality, the unity of ＂should be＂ and inevitability, and the unity of value relativity and absolute quality.
