焦磷酸钠湿法钠化改型铝基膨润土的研究

摘要 研究了钠化条件对焦磷酸钠湿法钠化武平中山铝基膨润土钠化效果的影响。较佳的钠化条件是钠化温度80℃、钠化时间90min、钠化剂用量17%、矿浆浓度10%。在此条件下,铝基膨润土经焦磷酸钠钠化改型后钠化土的膨胀容(VB)高达30.6ml/g,阳离子交换容量(CEC)高达120mmol/100g,经X射线衍射分析,d(001)值为1.299888nm,完全达到制备优良有机膨润土所需原材料的质量要求。 Using a low-grade Al-bentonite produced from Zhong shang town,Wuping country,Fujian province as the raw material,the test of Na-activation with Na2P2O7 by suspensoid was carried out.Main technical conditions for the Na-activation such as Na-activation temperature,dosage of Na2P2O7,pulp density and agitating time were discussed.The best reaction conditions are as following:dosage of Na2P2O7 is 17%;Na-activation time is 90min;Na-activation temperature is 80℃;pulp density is 10%.The Na-activatived bentonite with high VB of 30.6ml/g and high CEC of 120.0mmol/100g could obtained at the best experiment conditions.X-ray diffraction shows that d(001) of the Na-activatived bentonite is 1.299888nm?The Na-activatived bentonite have been improved the properties to produce high quality organo-bentonite.
