摘要
目的研究运转值班员工作后疲劳发生情况与心理健康状况。方法采用自身前后对照研究对胶新铁路117名运转值班员进行疲劳状况及心理健康状况问卷调查。结果运转值班员对工作安排不满意，占77．7％；疲劳恢复需1～2d，占58．1％；主观调查表中，运转值班员的精神因子疲劳在不爱动、说话与精神涣散两项差异显著（P〈0．05），感觉因子疲劳在眼睛疲劳、眼发干发涩、动作不灵活、头晕等项差异显著（P〈0．05）；剂量作业在错漏删字数、错误率、IMC指数等项差异显著（P〈0．05）。SCL-90的9项躯体因子得分明显高于正常人群。结论胶新铁路运转值班员的疲劳不容乐观，疲劳主要为心理。应合理用工和科学排班，有效的减少疲劳的发生，做好心理健康状况动态管理。
Objective To study the subjective exhausted sense and the condition of mental health of operative duty personnel after work. Methods Exhausted and mental health conditions of 117 operative duty personnel were investigated with questionnaires. Results Operative duty personnel were disaffect the arrangement of work,accounting for 77.7%; exhausted recovery needs 1 - 2days, accounting for 58. 1%. Subjective inquiry showed that the spirit factor of exhausted was significantly different in two aspects of unwillingness to move and speak and spiritual lax in operative duty personnel. Felling factor including fatigue in eyestrain, dry and acerbity of eyes, inflexible movement and dizzy showed significant difference. The wrong and leak delete word numbers, mistake rate, IMC index number etc. in the dosage schoolwork were significantly different. The scores of 9 body factors of SCL-90 were obviously higher than average person. Conclusion The tiredness of operative duty personnel was not optimistic, mainly for the mental state, which should arouse notice. At the same time of use the work reasonable and scientific effective decreasing exhausted occur, make the condition development management of mental health, guarantee railway transportation does not be disconnected schoolwork and safe transportation.
