摘要
选用卡波姆及聚丙烯酸钠为骨架材料,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮K30及羧甲纤维素钠为增黏剂,聚乙烯醇为成膜剂,以内聚力、剥离强度为指标,用正交设计优化盐酸青藤碱巴布剂基质和处方。并以盐酸青藤碱凝胶为对照,考察优化处方的体外透皮行为。结果表明,巴布剂的小鼠体外透皮扩散趋势与凝胶剂相似,但速度更快(P<0.05)。
Using carbomer and sodium polyacrylate as matrix, polyvinylpyrrolidone K30 and carboxymethyl-cellulose sodium as viscosity-enhancing agents and polyvinyl alcohol as film forming material, orthogonal design was used to optimize the base formulation of sinomenine hydrochloride cataplasm with adhensive strength and cohesive strength as evaluation indices. The in vitro penetration behavior of the optimized preparation through excised mouse skin was investigated by sinomenine hydrochloride gel as the control. The results showed that the trend of in vitro release of cataplasm was similar to the gel but with quicker rate (P〈0.05).
