摘要
提出机床结构动态设计基本原则。以某数控弧齿铣齿机为研究对象,应用相关的动态设计原则,通过变量化设计与有限元分析,对该机床进行结构动态设计。结果表明,应用该方法设计的机床结构具有良好的动静态特性。
The principles of structural dynamic design of machine tool are brought forward. As an example, the CNC bevel milling machine tool, the structural dynamic design is done according the relative principles, variable design and finite element analysis. The results show that the machine tool has better dynamic and static characters than the common ones.
