摘要
简要介绍了长尾夹装配的工艺流程和长尾夹自动装配生产线的总体设计;详细阐述了基于旋转装配法的装配模块的设计,分析了装配模块的某些关键部件。生产实践表明该自动装配线在长尾夹的装配中取得了较好的效果。
This paper introduces the technological process of the binder clips assembly line and the overall design of automatic assembly product line in brief;as well as the design of the assembling module based on revolving-assembly method,analyzes some key parts of the assembling module.The practical application indicates that it brings a better effect.
