摘要
从比较解剖生理学的角度对鲫鱼(鱼类)、蟾蜍(两栖类)、大壁虎(爬行类)、家鸽(鸟类)、小白鼠(哺乳类)5种脊椎动物的绝对脑重和相对脑重(脑重占体重的百分比)进行了比较.结果:(1)绝对脑重(g):鲫鱼0.467±0.051,蟾蜍0.103±0.017,大壁虎0.257±0.023,家鸽2.032±0.167,小白鼠0.415±0.011.(2)相对脑重(%):鲫鱼0.128±0.001,蟾蜍0.151±0.042,大壁虎0.344±0.044,家鸽0.682±0.098,小白鼠1.399±0.130.提示:绝对脑重与动物的进化地位无必然联系,但相对脑重这项指标基本可反映动物的进化地位,即:一般来说,脑重占体重的百分比越大,动物的进化地位越高.进一步表明:脊椎动物脑的相对重量比其它器官的相对重量更能代表脊椎动物的进化地位.
Comparisons on the absolute brain weight and relative brain weight (the percentage of brain weight to body weight) were made in five kinds of vertebrates: crucian ( Carassius auratus, Pisces), toad ( Bufo bufo gargarizans, Amphibia), big gecko (Gekko gecko, Reptilia), pigeon (Columba livia domestica, Aves), Kunming mouse (Mus musculus, Mammalia). The results were as follows: 1 ) Absolute brain weight (g): crucian 0.467 ± 0. 051, toad 0. 103 ± 0.017, big gecko 0.257 ± 0.023, pigeon 2.032 ± 0. 167, mouse 0.415 ± 0.011.2) Relative brain weight: crucian (0.128±0.001)%, toad (0.151 ±0.042)%, big gecko (0.344±0.044) %, pigeon (0.682±0.098)%, mouse (1.399 ± 0. 130)%. These results indicate that the absolute brain weight was not necessary affiliation with creatural evolutional station, but the relative brain weight may by and large reflect the creatural evolutional station. That is, in general speaking, the relative brain weight of vertebrate is bigger, and the evolutional station is more advanced.
