摘要
近几年,随着政策导向和资源配置通过市场杠杆促进农业机械化,使农村拥有的农业机械不断增加,农机化综合水平不断提高,推动了农业耕作制度的革新,加速了农业的产业化步伐和农村劳动力的转移,因此,农业机械化在社会主义新农村建设中发挥着愈来愈重要的作用。
In recent years, promotes the mechanization of agriculture along with the policy guidance and the resources disposition through the market release lever, makes the farm machinery which the countryside has unceasingly to increase, the farm machinery synthesis level unceasingly enhanced, impelled the agriculture cropping system innovation, has accelerated the agricultural industry step and the rural labor force shift, therefore, the mechanization of agriculture is playing the increasingly vital role in the socialism new rural reconstruction.
