摘要
镍是影响13Cr型低碳马氏体不锈钢性能的主要元素之一,本文研究了13Cr型不同镍含量的低碳马氏体不锈钢的力学性能、电磁性能、组织状态以及电化学条件下腐蚀电位变化等。研究确定:低碳马氏体不锈钢中镍含量在3.5%-6.0%时,可获得良好的强韧性。作为软磁不锈钢使用,其镍含量控制在3.5%-4.5%区间内。
Nickel is one of the key elements, which affects the properties of 13Cr -series low carbon martenstic stainless steel. This article studies the influence of differ- ent Ni-content added in 13Cr-serise low carbon martenstic stainless steels on mechanical property, magnetic property, metallographical state and the change of the electrochemical corrosion potential. The result is that the most suitable area of Ni - content is 3.5 - 6.0%. As softmagnetic stainless steels, controlling Ni -content area in 3. 5% - 4. 5% will be able to improve the comprehensive properties .
