摘要
以金线兰(Anoectochilus roxburghii(wall.) Lindl.)无菌种子苗叶片为试验材料,研究了金线兰在高温胁迫(28℃、33℃、38℃、43℃)下内部生理生化反应的变化规律,结果表明,随着高温胁迫程度的加深和时间延长,金线兰叶片细胞膜透性明显增加;丙二醛(MDA)含量在28℃和33℃处理时随时间逐渐增加,38℃和43℃处理时则先增加后降低;叶片相对含水量(RWC)逐渐降低;叶片可溶性多糖、可溶性蛋白质及脯氨酸含量则呈先增加后降低趋势。
The changes of physiological reaction were studied in Anoectochilus roxburghii(wall.) Lindl aseptic seedling leaves suffering from heat stress(28℃、33℃、38℃、43℃).The results showed that relative plasmalemma permeability in leaves increased obviously with the fall of the temperature and the length of the time;At 28℃ and 33℃,the contents of malondialdehyde(MDA) increased with the lenth of the time,at 38℃ and 43℃,the contents of MDA increased firstly and then decreased.The relative water content decreased. The contents of soluble sugar, soluble protein, proline increased firstly and decreased later.
