摘要
目的动态血压监测(ABPM)评价氯沙坦钾联合氢氯噻嗪的降压效果。方法选择轻、中度原发性高血压患者45例给予氯沙坦钾50mg每日一次,同时合用氢氯噻嗪12.5mg每日一次,均晨顿服,疗程共4周。并记录ABPM用药前后血压变化情况。结果氯沙坦钾联合氢氯噻嗪治疗前后血压显著下降(P<0.05),总有效率为87%,白天与夜间血压下降幅度大致相同,保持正常血压昼夜节律变化。结论氯沙坦钾联合氢氯噻嗪对轻中度高血压是较为理想的药物。
Objective To evaluate the antihypertensive effect of Losartan potassium plus Hydrochlorothiazide through ambulatory blood pressure monitoring （ABPM）. Methods Forty-five patients with the moderate primary hypertension were given drug Losartan potassium （50mg,qd） plus hydrochlorothiazide （12.Smg,qd） for 4 weeks. The therapeutic efficacy of blood pressure （BP） were estimated by ABPM. Results The antihypertensive effect of Losartan potassium plus Hydrochlorothiazide was marked and its total effective rate was 87%.The hypertensive amphtude showed httle difference at day or night. Conclusion Losartan potassium plus hydrochlorothiazide show a remarkable antihypertensive effect in treating patients with the moderate primary hypertension.
