摘要
简要介绍了红小豆的生产和贸易状况,并探讨了HACCP体系在红小豆标准化生产中的应用。
Adzuki bean is an important legume crop in China and East Asia. Adzuki bean is one of the traditional agricultural exportations. Its production in China was facing great change due to the changes of international market. Standardization production of adzuki was appealed by growers to improve adzuki bean's international market competition ability. Production and trade conditions of adzuki bean were introduced in this paper. Application of HACCP system in standardization production of adzuki bean was discussed.
