摘要
以某品牌手机模型为例,分析了其外壳结构特征,利用Pro/E软件设计了手机外壳及其注塑模具,选用Moldflow软件对模具设计进行优化分析。结果表明,使用CAD/CAE技术可以大大缩短制品的开发周期,降低设计成本,优化注塑模具设计,提高企业的市场竞争力。
The structural features of one mobile phone cover were analyzed, and then the part and the injection mould were designed based on Pro/E software. The design of injection mould was analyzed based on Moldflow software. The results showed that the use of CAD/CAE technology could greatly shorten the design time of parts, lower the cost and improve the design of injection mould. These could enhance the competion ability of the corporation in the market.
