摘要
研制了自润滑塑料滑动轴承综合性能测试系统并对聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)基复合材料滑动轴承进行了实际测试。该系统能够实现滑动轴承工作过程中载荷、速度、表面温度、摩擦力信号的在线测量并计算摩擦系数和工作PV值,利用该系统可以完成不同设计参数的塑料滑动轴承综合性能和承载能力测试与评价。
A synthetic experimental test system for the self-lubricated plastic plain bearings is developed. The Kevlar enforced PTFE composite plain bearings are tested on the system to verify its effectiveness. The online data such as load, sliding velocity, surface temperature and friction torque, can be obtained and recorded on the test system. The friction coefficient and PV value are computed and displayed on the computer screen. The synthetic performances and loading capacities of the plastic plain bearings with different design parameters can be tested and evaluated on this system.
