E-learning在我国企业里的发展与展望 被引量：4

摘要 E-learning是知识经济时代新兴的一种学习方式。它以其丰富的信息资源、友好的交互性能以及优良的开放性等特点而越来越受到人们的青睐。在知识经济时代,合理地利用时间,高效地接受信息,更快地更新知识已成为人们占主导地位的价值观念。互联网的建立为快捷化的学习提供了良好的内部和外部环境。文章首先对E-learning进行了简单介绍,其次阐述了E-learning在我国企业的发展现状;最后提出未来E-learning在我国企业里最好的发展途径就是建立"企业大学"培训方式。
