焦化分馏塔顶循系统存在的问题和对策 被引量:14

SOLUTIONS TO THE PROBLEMS IN OVERHEAD RECYCLE SYSTEM OF DELAYED COKER MAIN FRACTIONATOR

摘要 针对镇海炼油化工股份有限公司1.50 Mt/a延迟焦化装置分馏塔结盐的现象及危害,分析了结盐的原因,提出结盐处理的方案,制定了相应的预防措施:保证原油脱盐效果、适当分流部分顶循环油、控制顶循返塔温度使之高于水蒸气凝结温度,由此指导实际操作,取得了较好的效果。 The salt deposition in the main fractionator of the 30 000 b/d delayed coker in Zhenhai Refining & Chemical Co. , Ltd. , the deposition hazard and root causes were analyzed. The handling programs were proposed and preventive measures were adopted, such as improving desalting efficiency of the electric desalter, appropriately splitting overhead recycle oil and properly maintaining the tower overhead return temperature higher than the steam condensation temperature. Good results have been achieved.
