摘要
针对重整装置预加氢反应系统压力降大的生产难题,分析其主要原因是原料油中硫、氯、烯烃含量增大和催化剂活性下降。通过采取降低原料中的烯烃含量、优化工艺操作、在线水冲洗预加氢原料换热器前的单向阀、催化剂烧焦再生和更新脱氯剂等措施,使预加氢系统压力降减小,并且预加氢进料提高到95t/h,重整反应进料提高到80t/h。
The greater pressure drop in the pre-hydrotreating system of CCR imposed difficulty in unit operation. The analysis of the major causes has contributed it to the increased sulfur, chlorine and olefins in the feed and reduction of catalyst activity. The reduction of olefins in the feedstock, optimization of process operation, on-line water flushing of check valve upstream of E103, regeneration of catalyst and replacement of dechlorination agent etc have minimized system pressure drop and increased the feed rate of pre-hydrotreating unit to 95 t/hr and that of CCR to 80 t/hr.
