摘要
现有的多种真核细胞基因转染方法存在繁琐和效率低的问题，我们利用脂质体包裹的方法，以瞬时表达系统中最常用的ＣＯＳ－７细胞为靶，观察了影响转染效率的多种因素，优化了转染条件。
The present transfection methods for eukaryotic cells have the problems of troublesomeness and low efficiency. Liposome mediated transfection method was used for COS 7 cell line. Factors which affected transfection efficiency were observed and the transfection condition was optimized.
