Research of a New Form of Industry Organization:Modular Production Network

摘要从产业组织的角度看,企业生产方式的变革必然导致企业内部及企业之间合作方式及水平的相应变化,进而引起产业组织形态的演进。20世纪90年代以来,随着模块化技术在产品设计、研发、生产等领域的广泛应用以及大量面向外部契约供应商的外包子系统的出现,使模块化生产网络逐渐发展成为一种新兴的产业组织形态,并由此产生了较传统市场明显相异的产业组织效应。 From the point of industry organization, the reformation of mode of enterprise production will result in the corresponding change in the mode and level of internal and external enterprise cooperation, and then bring about the evolution of form of industry organization. Since the 1990s, with the widely application of modular technology in product＇s designing and manufacturing, and the emergence of many outsourcing subsystems which face external contracting suppliers, modular production network has gradually developed into a new form of industry organization, and thus engender quite different effects in industry organization comparing with traditional markets.
