摘要
研究了大洋多金属结核熔炼-锈蚀-萃取工艺中所产出的反萃钴溶液净化除杂和制备氧化钴、四氧化三钴产品工艺。采用化学沉淀法除杂,依次沉淀除去铜、镍、锰。结果表明除杂工艺具有易于操作、辅助材料消耗少、钴回收率高等特点,应用于工业生产,经济效益明显。制备出的氧化钴符合国家标准。
The process of purification and impurities removal and preparing cobalt oxide and tricobalt tetroxide by strip-ping liquor of cobalt produced from ocean polymetallic nodules by smelting-rusting-solvent extraction process was stud-ied. The results show that the purification and impurities removal process has advantages of easier operation, lower con-sumption of auxiliary agents, high recovery of cobalt, and is applicable and profitable in commercial production. The prepared cobalt oxide is up to the national standard.
